These delicacies area easily available back home but not here in Australia. Here, we called these delicacies as goodies which strongly relate to our business name. Bak Zhang
Traditional Chinese rice dish made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and wrapped in bamboo leaves.
(sticky rice dumplings) are traditionally eaten during the Duanwu Festival (Doubler Fifth Festival) which falls on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese lunar calendar, and commonly known as the "Dragon Boat Festival" in English. Nyonya Kueh
If you ask any Malaysian or Singaporean what they would like to have for tea, they would probably say Nyonya Kuih. If you are not familiar with the term, it is actually a selection of small desserts and munchies instigated by a Southeast Asian community. This community were once a part of Malaysia and Singapore and the men is called as Baba while the women are referred to as Nyonya. What makes them unique is that they are basically Chinese people who embraced local cultures (Malay) into their lifestyle which includes language, fashion and architecture.Angku Kueh (pack of 4)

Talam means "tray" in Malay. The top one is white made from savoury creamy coconut milk, while the bottom one is green pandan flavour.

Kuih lapis is a traditional cake built up of nine layers of rice pudding. It has a wobbly and soft texture with a distinctive coconut milk flavour. The colourful steamed cake has Indonesian origins and is widely enjoyed in Malaysia

Kuih Pulut Tai Tai (pack of 4)
Pulut tai tai is served as a dessert or a delicacy during the Straits Chinese weddings. This 'kuih' is made of glutinous rice steamed in coconut milk which is then compacted in a wooden frame. Hence, it literally translates to 'pressed glutinous rice. ( Natural Colour from Flowers)

It has sweet, fat and soft texture. Kuih bingka is one of the cakes used in the Banjar tradition to serve 41 types of cakes for special occasions such as weddings. Although it can be found throughout the year, kue bingka is usually common in Ramadan due to it is considered suitable for iftar.

Kuih Dadar (pack of 4)
Kuih Dadar is one of the popular snacks in South East Asia region. In Malay language, dadar literally means "omelette" or "pancake". The pancake usually has a green colour, which is acquired from pandan leaves. It is a green-coloured folded omelette or pancake made of rice flour, filled with grated coconut and palm sugar. The snack is commonly found in traditional marketplaces in Malaysia.

Chwee Kuih (pack of 4)
literally means “water cake” and hence in Hokkien dialect, they are called chwee, means water and kueh from Malay language means cake. This popular breakfast food is of Teochew origin.
They are soft and almost pudding-like in texture. This cake has a “dimple” on top and usually top with savory and sweet chai poh topping and then served with sambal chili.
